Nirav Patel has over 22 years in technology and talent management, 13 of them in multinational contractor sourcing management. Nirav has been responsible for creating delivery teams of up to 500 skilled professionals to help clients craft solutions to their complex business problems, from creating new platforms for inventory management to leveraging “always on” digital information from manufacturing infrastructure to simple staffing needs.

Nirav’s success stories include helping a client with large and small scale staffing project that developed a creative in-house solution to help access data from their chemical manufacturing machine infrastructure. His contractors shine at his clients’ firms, including one who went on to win innovation awards at Caterpillar.
