The beginning of any Agile project development starts with the end user in mind. Often there's a "product owner" who formalises the ideal product after much deliberation over the needs of the user, and the feasibility of the product. User backlogs called stories detail out the target user, define the criteria of acceptance and act as feedback loops to perfect the deliverable. In the commonly used Agile Framework called SCRUM, named after a rugby term, user backlog stories are used to define a delivery cadence called sprint, and commitment meetings to decide how much work can be completed in each sprint. In Agile methods, the customer is truly the king of the services and all plans are envisioned keeping user accessibility and convenience in mind.
